FAQ's

Can I drive the motorhomes?

Because the motorhomes are between 3.5-6 tonnes you will need a C1 licence or pre-1997 driving licence and you will need to take out appropriate insurance and we will need to see a copy.  You can use your current car insurance company, or any other suitable insurer.  If you need a recommendation, we recommend Adrian Flux. If you don't want to drive we will meet you at the campsite of  your choice within 30 miles of Chichester and the motorhome will be all set up with table and chairs.

What is the motorhome kitted out with?
All our motorhomes are equipped to a very high standard. All come with heating, hot water, shower and toilet, TV, fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, bedding and towels. All outside tables and chairs .   No extras charges. just turn up with your clothes and food (although for the first night, be assured we provide the basics so you can definitely get your cuppa brewed without hitting the shops). If you require anything else, please do not hesitate to ask.

What is the sleeping layout?
There is space for two adults in the double bed and a further space for one adult or two children depending on which motorhome you choose. If you are taking very small children we advise caution as there are no side railings on the beds.

What induction do you offer/are the motorhomes complicated to use?
When we meet you at the campsite we will show you how everything works.

What do I need to bring?
Everything is included so you just need to bring your clothing, toiletries, games…..

Do I need to use campsites with electric hook-up?
The motorhomes have solar panels and leisure battery which powers everything electric apart from the 240 volt 3 pin sockets –  you need hook-up to use these.   The battery usually lasts from 3 to 5 days or longer depending on the weather and your power usage.

Can I bring a dog?
Yes, we accept well behaved dogs. But they are not allowed on sofa or beds.

Are the campers non-smoking?

What deposits are required?

In order to secure your booking you will need to pay a security deposit of £500.  Full payment is required 28 days before the booking.  If you book less than 28 days before hire begins, you will need to pay the full rental price upfront.

What if I want to change my dates or cancel my booking?
If you want to change your dates or cancel your booking please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you – but this will depend on when the camper is already booked out.
If you want to cancel your booking, the following will be forfeit:
More than 4 weeks before hire commences – booking deposit
4 weeks or less before hire commences – total hire charge
If you want to shorten your booking or change it in a way that reduces the rental price, we will only refund you the difference if you notify us 4 weeks in advance of hire commencing. No refunds will be given for early return of the vehicle.
